New COVID Testing Office Launched By DFW Airport
Last month, Staffing Etc. opened a COVID testing site in Irving, TX, servicing Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The location is the third COVID site opened by the company. We greatly appreciate the efforts of Clinical Director Cheryl Bruce and the entire Dallas team for their hard work.
Staff Highlight - Allen Simmons
Allen Simmons is the team lead for our Rutherford, NJ office and has been instrumental in launching Staffing Etc’s testing sites in Rutherford, Newark, and Dallas. In addition to leading the Rutherford COVID Testing Team, Allen is also studying to earn his PhD and is currently working to defend his dissertation. Recently, Allen also organized and hosted a political fundraiser in Charleston, SC that featured speeches from numerous political and community leaders. The event highlighted the need for community unity, healthcare and the coronavirus, the Russian invasion of Ukraine, infrastructure, and a focus on voter registration and mobilization. The notable guest at the fundraiser was United States Congressman and Majority Whip James Clyburn.

Although at one point it seemed as though the pandemic would never end and many have wondered if life with COVID is the new normal, in recent months it appears that there may be light at the end of the COVID-19 tunnel. Still, the future of COVID-19 and its many variants is uncertain.
