As CEO, Hope has built a responsive healthcare organization that consistently delivers results by aligning corporate initiatives and values with a deep understanding of the complexities of managing in the healthcare industry. She currently oversees the day to day operations including clinical oversight, financial management and program administration of Staffing Etc. She has over 29 years of experience as a nurse, attorney and health care executive. She has successfully led the company through significant periods of growth and continues to strategically expand services. Hope is a graduate of Howard University and University of Maryland School of Law.
David Porter, MA
Founder and Vice President
David Porter, MA, earned is Bachelors of Arts in political Science from Howard University and his Masters of Arts in Sociology and Healthcare Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. David has over two decades of experience in health policy and management, working as a hospitalist manager and healthcare management director at numerous major health companies. As vice president and co-founder, David leads the company in business development and strategic planning.

Patrice Dennis, BS, Operations Director educated and trained at Howard University as a Speech Pathologist. Ms. Dennis has worked as a clinician in Speech Pathology and transitioned into Health Care Administration. Since 2003, Ms. Dennis has served as Operations Director managing recruitment and retention, credentialing, scheduling, and benefit administration.
