A 12-week, in-person training where students follow a real 20‑unit apartment building renovation from start to finish. Each Saturday, they’ll learn the business, walk active projects, meet lenders, brokers, contractors, and inspectors, and see real budgets, contracts, and numbers. Includes optional individual onsite viewings by request.
