   Private Duty RNs/LPNsNeeded to provide private duty 1:1 care for special education students. Nurses provide portal to portal care by accompanying the child from home to school and return home. Skills needed included previous experience providing care for patients with trachs, vents and or G-tubes. All of these skills may not be needed for every patient. Nurse to be assigned to case based upon Nurse’s experience with the child’s medical needs. Minimum 1-2year (s) nursing experience required. Health information required, CPR, fingerprinting and drug screen required. Exercise your assessment and case management skills as a Care Manager in a dynamic environment in which you help members access a broad range of cutting-edge resources. You will help manage members who are admitted to facilities; collaborate with providers to determine alternate levels of care and to facilitate transfers to network facilities and providers whenever possible; facilitate coordination of care with other care managers to assure continuity of care; evaluate clinical appropriateness of treatment using professional knowledge within VOI clinical and worksite guidelines and renders certification decisions or seek consultations for non-certification decisions and so much more. Bilingual (Spanish) candidates a plus!

Masters Degree in mental health field (MSW, etc.) This position requires licensure in a mental health related field (RN, Ph.D., LCSW, LPC etc.) 3-5 years experience in psychiatric or substance abuse treatment. Experience in settings that including inpatient, partial, &/or outpatient care preferred.
