Founded in 2003 by Hope and David Porter as D. H. Porter Enterprises in 2003, Staffing, Etc. was initially known by the d.b.a  of Interim HealthCare of  Washington, DC and  Southern Maryland.  And even though the name changed in July 2009 to Staffing, Etc. the ownership and key staff remained the same. 

As a leading provider of Personnel services in the Mid-Atlantic area, Staffing, Etc. is managed by highly skilled professionals  that bring more than 50 years of combined experience and education to the organization. 

Hope M. Porter, BSN, JD is the President and CEO of Staffing Etc. As a registered nurse and attorney, Hope brings a unique perspective to providing clinical expertise and administrative excellence to field operations.  

Staffing , Etc. provides health care workers (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Social Workers, and Allied Health Professionals) and administrative staff to Private Hospitals, Government Agencies, School Systems, Commercial Offices, and Health Centers.

Our Team

Hope Porter, President: Hope oversees the day to day operations including clinical oversight, financial management and program administration. Hope has over 20 years of experience as a nurse.  
 
David Porter, Vice President: David is directly responsible for Sales and contract negotiations. David has over 20 years experience in health care administration and management. 
 
Patrice Dennis, Staffing Manager: Patrice is responsible for staff recruitment and the placement of personnel in Interim contracted facilities. Patrice has over 15 years of experience in health care operations and recruitment. 
 
Janaire Anderson, Staffing Coordinator: Janaire coordinates and schedules staff for assignments at contracted facilities. As a former staffing coordinator on the facility side, she understands what the facilities are looking for in contract personnel. She has over 10 years of experience in health care staffing. 
 
Fred Myers, Finance Director: Fred oversees all accounting and finance functions for the company. Fred has over 30 years experience in accounting and finance.
